This may be a feature in a later version. I've never thought that the
Inbox/Outbox paradigm really fits ICQ (because it's supopsed to be
"instant") but this might be useful on a Newt.
As for now, it will get the messages you received while offline when you
start the program, and let you view/reply to them.
