I don't think so. If it would be so, I think you wouldn't have
the choice to use the card for Ethertalk _or_ TCP/IP.
but if somebody starts writing a ppp-client for the newton 2.0
via ethernet, then you could connect to an ppp-server on an
other ethernet connected machine and then you could go...
but i think that's senseless.
