Fascinating as all this is nobody, including Apple, is really going to give
too hoots if you have a Newton Messagepad, or an eMate, and use a piece of
their software that originally came with the hardware that you have. If you
want to use something else then wahtever, it's either commercial, shareware
or freeware and that's it. This debate comes up time and time again and we
never get everyone to agree so let's stop discussing it please! Have we
really got nothing better to talk about? I asked how to open up an MP2k
earlier - a far more interesting topin (at least for me ;-) ) and nothing!
History shows that this posting is likely to fuel the argument more than
anything but I just felt I had to have my say.
