Hi all,

I finally uploaded DictFr 27k rev 4 to my FTP server. (yes, my ISP
problems are fixed).
I updated the documentation, but the big update is that the software
uses the new technology (rev 4) which takes the smallest amount of
both system and newtonscript heap (it is a dictionary package). So
does the DictNL.
