I've had a similar experience. What was really odd is that I initially sent
Ash an email with a question that I had. He responded to my email within 24
hours (very impressive). I subsequently made a donation and faxed him a
copy of the receipt. I've also sent 3 emails over the last week. No
response. Maybe he's on holiday or something. Does anyone on the list know
him personally? The Sarofax site lists his phone number as 519-496-0774 and
the office address as Suite 20, 100 Bluevale Street North, Waterloo,
Ontario, N2J 4M9, CANADA. Does anyone on the list live anywhere around
there? Could you telephone him and ask what's wrong? I live in Australia
so the phone call costs and time zone are a bit of a problem for me.
