Sure is an ugly program interface I know (ie Now Up To Date And
Contact) and it's strange they haven't addressed that for so long. I
suppose if you are a hardcore Lynx user or older mac OS user (pre 8)
it doesn't matter. I can't wait for the carbonized OSX version,
perhaps that will prompt the developers to fully update it?
Thanks a heap for the info on synch'ing with Newton too. Pity there
are a few bummer issues with it (I too have some messed up contact
info from similar situations and it is really annoying). I suppose it
has always been hard/impossible to find quality contact management on
handhelds to synch with related desktop software though (beyond 'near
perfect but too basic' applications like Claris and Lotus'
Organizer's). I originally bought my Newt in '96 on the premise that
it would be great for client management, bummer it wasn't.
Its good to know others who think 'Now' is the best PIM app too.
