There are several that can do what you need.
1. SBM Utilities - Shareware
2. ForgetMe - Freeware
3. SAI Prefs Cleaner - Freeware *
4. TrashPak - Shareware *
* Look for _M_ which is the symbol for the recent Menu.
I believe most soup editor can perform the same function. Just look for the _M_ symbol.
