The only official repair service is the one provided by Apple. But it's
not cheap. All repair are billed a flat fee of around $185. However, for
this price, they will repair *everything* that is wrong with it, be it
the screen, the case, the PCMCIA slots, whatever. Check the FAQ for the
procedure.
You could also send an email to David Watson (AKA Dr. Newton). His email
address is <mailto:drnewton.kc.net>. That would be a lot cheaper for a
job as professional as the Apple's one.
