Hi,
FileDiff only does text file diff's and won't do a patch file.

For Windows, a search in www.winfiles.com for "patch" turned up
from http://winfiles.cnet.com/apps/98/program-misc.html:
RLN PatchMaker
(http://www.act-consult.com/Patchmaker/patchmaker.zip)
Clickteam Patch Maker
(http://207.106.84.184/~webftp/files/Patch_Maker/PMUS12r.exe)
from http://winfiles.cnet.com/apps/98/file-repair.html
WinPatch
(http://www.artistryinsoftware.com/products/winpatch/wpatch12.exe)
appears to create whole dir. tree patch files at once
Anyway, i didn't use these yet, but i believe "patch" is the keyword for
looking for such programs for Linux or MacOS, too, if needed.
