Whenever I'm sitting at my desk, at home, I always plug the Newton, then
remove the pack so that it doesn't get recharge in mid-course of its
charging cycle. I know that NiMH are not supposed to exhibit any memory
(or unlikely) effect, but I don't take any chance.
