Please don't use laurap@ideacast.com unless there's no other recourse... I
get hundreds and hundreds of messages a day at that address and resolving
your problem may be delayed. Ivan's case is tricky, though, since he's
having trouble receiving mail from planet newton addresses. Usually if
you're having a problem help@planetnewton.com is the best address to write
to. I get those emails, of course, but they're flagged as emergencies.
(Of course I read the list, I'm a proud Newton owner! <G>)
