The BackTalk system from SmartDog is the first step in that direction, and I have bought it because I just got a Nokia 7110. I have not completet the testing, but they are talking, but not completely. I will try to get SmartDog to look into this, when I complete the testing, as they don't have a Nokia 7110 (it's not useable in the US...)
