I don't know if anyone has created/distributed Newton-specific versions --
it shouldn't be difficult for anyone with a scanner and NewtonPress.
I think if you search around a little, you'll find online .jpeg or .gif for
these (I know I had before my wife had gone to London recently), and you
could create a map book with NewtonPress or Newt's Cape.
there are several Palm Pilot ImageViewer files available on memoware site:
"Map of the Central Section of the London Underground"
http://www.memoware.com/a/londuncent.pdb
"Maps of the London Underground"
http://www.memoware.com/a/lontube.zip
if you've got Newt's Cape installed (and the PilotDoc plugin), you can
convert/read these directly on your Newton. (note: for the .zip file, you
need to use the 'palmzip proxy').
