It's quite possible to synch any or all of the fields in CO with the fields
in the Newton, but I must say that it's not easy. Essentially, the e-mail
field chosen by CO doesn't automatically map correctly to the field in the
Newton, so in order to accomplish the synch, all you have to do is to
identify which custom field _does_ synch with the correct field in CO. In
order to do that, connect the Newton and NCU (make an active connection
where all the icons will turn "on"), select /Edit/Sychronize
Settings.../Advanced Options.../Field Mapping and do some trial and error
with a small database sample to id the correct custom field that contains
that information. You can actually synch more than one e-address too, as
well as other information (e.g. I track spouses and children names in my
Names app), so the url's you're interested in synching shouldn't be a
problem either. Of course, always make sure you're backed up before you try
this too, because it could be disastrous if you make a mistake!
I would recommend against synching with any other newton app (dates, notes,
tasks, etc.). It's possible, but not reliable. Seems the biggest problem is
with repeating dates, and if you can't do that why bother, right?
