I have a little program that calculates the size of house that can be
afforded, but it doesn't calc if you pay biweekly, or add extra to the
principal each month. If the built in Calc would let me do it, it sure would
be nice. But when you change the amount paid, the interest changes.
Does anybody of such a calc that will calc loan interst based on a fixed %
and loan amount, letting you change the amount paid and solving for total
interest?
Thanks!
Drew
