You can read Usenet newsgroups using various Newsreaders (Newt's Paper,
InkSpot, PaperBoy) or download preset web pages of news, such as those
text-only news pages at PLink! Search the FAQ on Info-Newt for links to
them.

Nope. You'd have to do it manually, or Newt's Cape can automatically do
the web pages. Not sure what the Usenet newsreaders can do
automatically, if anything, as I haven't use them myself.
