Has anyone tried sending a small peice of green plastic in and saying
that it is all that is left of your newton? :-)

If they repair anything, is it possible to buy a whole unit (no exchange)
from Apple at this price? I would really like to have a 2000 but can't
afford the prices that they sell for second hand.
