I am currently debugging alt.rec.... 0.6a7
First, let me tell you about the two known bugs:
(a) alt.rec.... on installs generates a -48411 error. This is due to a
conflict with Heap Saver which actually generates an Store Full error
before the -48411.
(b) when you choose statistics, an error occurs. This is a known and
internally fixed bug.

Some users have reported a hang (i.e. the Newton thinks and thinks...)
If you experienced this problem please contact me telling me at least which
model you had and when it actually occured. A list of the packages
installed generated with TrashPak (by Allan Marcus fromAtomic Software,
http://pobox.com/~atomic.software) will be of great help, too.
If you experienced any other bug with this version, don't hesitate to
contact me. The technology there is actually stable until I find how to
register a THWRecognizer - without making a system patch for that, in which
case our HWR library will be ported to NewtonOS.
