You could also use 'One Tap Scroller'. I think it's freeware from 'DeepFocus'.
It's an extension that puts a status bar button. Within this button you get four arrow heads.
Two bold arrows allow a 'One Tap' to top or bottom of folder.
Two plain arrows allow a 'One Tap' to top or bottom of current note.
'SuperNotePad' from standalone.com does this also, but puts the arrows at the top right, and costs a bit.
