Packages: Assist, Calculator, Calls, Card, Clock, Dates, Dock, Extras (2
icons in toolbar), Find, Formulas, In-Out, Notes, Owner Info., Prefs, Setup,
Styles, Time Zones and Writing Practice. After re-inserting the card, I
chose "format" and that is all. Thanks for yur help.
