NTLK file dates in folders?

Greetings,

after much frustrated searching, I finally have to ask this
question: where can I find the utility that allows me to file dates in
individual folders? I haven't had luck finding this, though people have
described it a few times on the list. Thanks in advance for any help that
you all might give.
