Are you sure you haven't confused "aren't supporting" with "aren't
selling?" Did you ask Hardy at Catamount to purchase a copy or did you
just assume that "aren't supporting" means "aren't selling"?
I don't know one way or the other, but unless his site explicitly says he
isn't selling it, I'd check with Hardy before you go any further.
