Drew,
I also use Freewwweb with my PowerMac and Palm III (I
also just bought a new MP120, so don't hammer me
please). Everything seems to work fine even though
Juno took over. I also have a GTE account that I
manage at work and they use the same dialup access
number. I am not sure if our freewwweb ids will keep
working, but we'll see.
Freei.net also has the ability to work with a PowerMac
and Palm/Newton. I use them also if the other one is
busy. Lycos also has free access for my PowerMac, but
I haven't tried it on my Palm yet.
I don't think there is any free access available for
non-PowerMacs, that is one of the reasons I bought a
refurbished 7100 for $200.
