There is one major reason to stay with a 120: price.
I bought my 120 in November with the idea that it was cheap enough
that if it broke or I lost it I could just buy another. The cost of a
2100 prevents this kind of attitude.
Unfortunately the warranty on a HandSpring (not deluxe) makes that
attractive compared with my 120 experience which, given how long it
lasted, worked out to be about $15 a month.
This ability to keep the PDA with the same kind of mentality as one
would treat a paper notepad was very important to me. I didn't want
to baby it.
These are just my thoughts. I realize they are probably very
different from that of a 2100 owner (or the owner of any other
expensive PDA). But it helps to take a different perspective every
now and then.
