So what's the Newt HWR based on then, I mean it must now come under another
brand name if its so good.

I used Graffiti and then Jot on my Palm V (for as long as I used it - about
5 weeks, before putting it in the bottom drawer). They were BAD.
Then I was introduced to the "World of Newton"!!!! What a difference. I
doesn't matter what input I use - printing or cursive - my 2100 recognizes
it ~98% of the time. If I take a
little care, I get 100%!!! That to me is outstanding.
