I know there are various password protection programs out there for the
Newton platform (GeekSafe, etc). I'm
considering storing some sensitive information on my 2100, but like to
assess the pros and cons of this. Which one
has the highest encryption level (any programs developed for Triple DES)?
Would a hard reset defeat any
encryption program installed on the MP? Is there a program, that if it is
tampered with in anyway (via the NOS or
otherwise), automatically erases all encrypted data?
Thanks in advance for assistance.
