IrDA was never fully implemented on the NCU side. There is some
rudimentary IrDA code in there, and you can get NCU to even display IrDA
it as an option, but it doesn't really work. That applies to the Mac
version, and don't believe even this unfinished code made it to the
Windows version of NCU.
