I'm not a fan either, but there are two places I have seen it:
1) Your local PBS (Public Broadcasting System) station if they carry it
(PBS stations seem to carry a lot of "Britcoms" ;-)
2) On my DISH Network satellite dish system I get a "BBC America" channel.
