I know there are email commands which can be used to activate certain web-based services. For example, sending an email containing the URL of ZIP/SIT or PDF files would prompt the system to collect the file, unzip/unstuff it, and then return the contents to your email address in the desired format (txt, HTML, .prc, etc.) Or sending the URL of a web page would prompt the system to email back the contents of the web page in the desired format. I found an older document ("Dr. Bob's") describing these services, but most of the links/addresses seem to have been abandoned.
I'd love it if somebody could provide me with the addresses of such services, along with some sample commands.
Thanks,
Peter
