It is Backlight Plus from Foundation Systems (http://www.tow.com). Still
useful even in conjunction with the Dashboard. The corner is kind of better
place to tap for backlight when it is really dark than trying to find it on
the Dashboard. The automatic backlight time interval is also the feature of
this package.
