Ouch! my call was only 20 minutes with no time wasted except that I
started with a MP120 person who needed to transfer me to a MP2k person.
Everyone can bank on talking to at least one tech support person for
your case number (write it down) and one dispatch person for your
dispatch number (write it down). I started with the regular 1-800
number. Now waiting for the repair return -- business day 6 and
counting -- with an estimate of 5 to 7 business days.
