Its on the hotline server at newton Intelligence. They were not a warez site
for a long time but I think they are not maintained very closely anymore.
But the book is supposed to be listed there. I think it is
unauthorized......pirated software thread warning inserted here......so I am
not going to use it.
I'll try and find a text only version pay and convert it for my own use.
