No, I actually get this error when trying to open the calls app. I fixed
it by restoring an old backup of the system information. Had to re-enter
some preferences and unlock codes for software, but it now works without
any problems. So, I am assuming that the system soup got fouled up somehow,
a restoring a good copy (since I restored nothing else) has fixed it. Now
if I could only get rid of the persistent selection line when I am using
help, I would have no more little annoyances.
