I don't think a screen barrier of any kind is necessary unless your Newt is out in a dusty
environment or the beach everyday. I have never used a barrier and have no scratches on my
screen. I do make sure it is wiped clean every morning before I use it, though. But my
Newt stays mostly indoors.
What I want is a brighter screen upgrade. There was talk here of a white LED screen
possibility? Or, something already available, is a reflective LCD screen technology as seen
in wristwatches and Palm PDAs. Are there any possibilities?
