Assuming someone wrote an ATA flash driver [I'm sure it IS possible] --
then we could use Compact flash or even SmartMedia cards in our Newtons,
correct? Then it is just a matter of getting an app to decode files (say
images from a SmartMedia card used in a digital camera) to be read on the
Newton.
Anyone out there KNOW that much about the core OS to do this?
