You deleted something that is now saying -48418, the same one that pops up
when Newt. asks 'do you want to add new birthdays to Dates?', tap 'yes' and
this error pops up, meaning Apple didn't finish and something is missing.
Try re-installing the software one-by-one till this error pops up again.
