Johnathan,

I am sorry about you having purchased cards for the eMate and not being
able to use them. Yet, other than watching the auction sites for a 5V card,
you may be able to purchase them at Tima Scientific
(http://www.timasci.com/). You may, although I am not certain (you will have
to ask the company itself) also be able to find the cards at other more
direct memory sites, such as Viking.

I am sorry for the dilemma you are in. I hope it works out.
