Open the extras drawer. Select a package by holding down the stylus
until the "bip" then drag across the package. Select Freeze from the
Envelope menu. Respond OK to the "are you sure you want to freeze
"ThePackage". It's icon will change to a snowflake to show it's frozen.

To un-freeze the package, just tap on it. If you want to run it, you'll
have to tap on it again.
