1) Extras -> tap-hold on its icon, wait for squeak -> tap on routing button
(envelope) -> select "Delete"

2) Extras in overview mode (listing) -> tap to check box next to package
name -> tap on routing button (envelope) -> select "delete"

3) Extras in icon mode -> scrub out the icon with at least four consecutive,
joined penstrokes
