I think a USB-serial converter (e.g. Belkin) will slow down the slow USB
connection to the much slower serial speed and is not able to route a
complex protocol like LT. You'll have to use Seriell in the Dock. Maybe I'm
wrong, but an AT port should you better create via Ethernet and going thru
an iPrint (they can be found on ebay too). It should be even 2...4 times
faster this way.
