Can you please explain what 'countersink' means and how to
achieve it.
My SER-001 has been not failed again since I last reinstalled it
with the 2 screws (fingers crossed.) However there still is that
noticeable bulge and gap in the case closure near the pen
holder. If there is some way I could eliminate those then I
would feel better.
