A MP2000 hardware reset. per the Newton user's guide..."Press in the button
on the back of the Newton for 20 seconds", then restarted. Worked great!

How do you do a hardware reset? I've heard of it being done but
can't say I know how to do it.... and congrats! Glad it wasn't
something more serious.
