Just had a thought:
remember the great scene in US2 where the baddies hooked up Segal's (120? I
think it had a backlight...130?) to a desktop and browsed the newt's
contents from there?

I _so_ wanted that application......thought it was the upgrade to NCK for
NOS 2.0!
Guess what: for the first time, we could now do that - with Newt VNC
server.......

(OK, so still can't work out why you wouldn't just pick up the Newt and use
it......) - but between VNC and the DIL tester, connectivity _is_
improving......
