ARRGGGH!!!! That's the hard part! It seems that nobody makes cheese like
this here, in the US. Only single slices processed cheese, individually
wrapped. At some point, I saw Kraft selling those curds in Canada, but never
seen anything like this around here, in Northern Virginia at least. So,
there might be a market to make cheese curds?
