Uff, I've ordered the SER to revive a wire-based DongleKiller which DOES
recognize the kbd & PrintPack but doesn't work via AppleTalk... So I hope
that it is just a misfunction with your particular board, maybe a cracked
track. Touching components sounds like force, applied to the SER PC-board
which is not a good thing. However, a good PCB should be a very roboust
thing, may be you got a monday morning part? ;-)
