Victor Rehorst, I think, posted some infos on how to have any unit repaired
by Apple Canada. It's around $200, and they'll fix anything you mention. You
could probably get a new flip cover if you ask.
I've read that David Watson (AKA Dr. Newton) is performing the 2000 to 2100
upgrade for $75. Check his website at <http://www.kc.net/~drnewton/>.
