If you checked the "Action sound effects" and the "Pen sound effects"
and still got nothing, then it's whether some software conflict, or the
unit is damaged. The only way to be sure would be to do a hard reset. If
you still get no sound after that, then I would contact the seller and
look for some kind of arrangement with him. If that doesn't work, then
you would have to contact eBay.
