I heard back from BTI. They suggested a price of $45 for a quantity of 50, which I would then distribute to those that requested. The 'special MacWorld Expo price' was $40. I responded that I hoped he would be able to sell them at that price, since it's only a week post-expo. At $45, I don't think it's worth the hassle - what do people on the list think?
I'll keep the list up to date if they respond back.
