[NTLK] PC jewel cases?

After opening my PDA Concepts case last week to access my MP, my PC modem
hopped out. Fortunately, it survived the crash as I had it stored in a
PCMCIA jewel case - but the case "exploded" on impact.

Anyone have leads on purchasing a new jewel case? Thanks!
