Hmm, either the 'prefs.' are set to activate LAVA or one of the pkgs. is running in the background. I have most of what you have, except for NPDS and PT100, but these shouldn't be a problem as long as you're not online. StickyNewts. has a setting that constantly checks it's position, making LAVA think after 5 seconds the Newt. was being used, maybe you still have the orphan prefs.?
I have over 200+ pkgs. on each of my three MP2KU'S(one is AMP2KU,another has over 800 pkgs.), LAVA works fine on all three. Maybe re-install?
